To better inform our customers and make our processes even more secure, we are improving our computerized management tools.
This optimization of our tools has been underway for several months and will be completed by the end of June.
The new application combines the specific needs of our IP teams in a versatile and more intuitive software suite, with an emphasis on analysis and reporting tools, streamlined management tasks and effective collaboration for increased productivity, including when working remotely.
This intelligent assistant will also enable us to provide our customers with maps of their IP rights under management in our firm.
Any of our customers who so wish will also be able to log in and access their portfolio of rights remotely. We’ll keep you informed.
