The list of judges retained within the framework of the Unified Patent Court has been disclosed. It has a total of 85 judges, including 51 technical judges.
Our congratulations go to our colleague Frédéric Gaillarde for his appointment as technical judge in the field of Mechanical Engineering. 👏
He will take up his duties as of the entry into force of the UPC agreement.
