IP Excellence Charter

To demonstrate our commitment to clients and partners, Brandon IP has been a member of the French Quality Charter for IP firms since its inception.

It’s a national Quality Charter developed by the ACPI, the Association of Intellectual Property attorneys, and the French branch of FICPI, to promote an excellence approach for IP firms in their commitment to delivering the highest standard of service to each customer. It was developed by a specific working group in 2015. We are one of the co-founders.

This charter is a tool for observing, analyzing and monitoring our practices. It helps differentiate companies that are undergoing continuous quality improvement and contributes to the communication of our profession by increasing visibility within the ecosystem of creation and innovation.

Our firm achieved a score of 87% in 2026.

Cosmetic Valley directory and member of the Beauty Hub

We are glad to be once again selected by Cosmetic Valley, the world’s leading network for
cosmetic perfumery and national competitiveness cluster in the cosmetics industry in its
2022 directory.

In addition, our firm is also chosen and a member of Beauty Hub, the leading French
accelerator dedicated to innovation in the perfume and cosmetics industry, led by Cosmetic

A mediator within the Brandon Group

Anne Lévy, partner of Brandon IP, obtained this year a university degree in Mediation
following an additional training at the IFOMENE-Catholic Institute of Paris. This institutional
qualification allows her, when designated by the Courts or by the parties, to intervene to
resolve conflicts between companies.
